软件许可不覆盖生成的日报、周报、归档、订阅数据，也不覆盖第三方标题、摘要、 正文、图片、元数据、商标或品牌素材。第三方材料的权利仍归其各自权利人所有； xiyu.news 提供原始来源链接，但不代表获得或转授了原文内容许可。
xiyu.news 自有编辑文字和分析在法律允许保护的范围内保留权利。详细边界见 内容与数据权利说明 和第三方声明。这些声明可直接访问，不需要仓库权限。
访问统计
公开页面使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 统计访问量与页面浏览。它不设置 Cookie、 不使用浏览器本地存储识别访客，也不做跨站追踪或个人画像；统计只用于了解哪些内容被阅读。 后台、接口和订阅文件不加载统计脚本。

xiyu.news software is licensed under the MIT License. The operational repository is private; these notices do not imply public repository access. The software license does not cover generated editions or third-party news materials. Copyright and other rights in those materials remain with their respective owners. xiyu.news links to original publications and does not grant a license to their content.
Public pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies, does not identify visitors through browser storage, and does no cross-site tracking or profiling.
For the current status of correction and rights-request channels, see contact information. Identify the affected URL and material when submitting a request through a published contact channel. Do not publish private identity documents or confidential information.
