软件许可不覆盖生成的日报、周报、归档、订阅数据，也不覆盖第三方标题、摘要、 正文、图片、元数据、商标或品牌素材。第三方材料的权利仍归其各自权利人所有； BMTNews 提供原始来源链接，但不代表获得或转授了原文内容许可。

Software and content rights

BMTNews source code is available under the MIT License. The software license does not cover generated editions or third-party news materials. Copyright and other rights in those materials remain with their respective owners. BMTNews links to original publications and does not grant a license to their content.

For a rights concern or removal request, open a rights request and identify the affected URL and material. Do not publish private identity documents or confidential information in the issue.
